UiO offers a variety of courses and programmes to improve the transferrable skills of its researchers. Have a look at our events page to look though current offers or contact us if have ideas for new ones.
The European University Alliance Circle U offers online training sessions on transversal issues which are open to for early-career researchers at UiO.
LINK, UiOs Centre for Learning, Innovation & Academic Development, offers courses on teaching at university level and pedagogical development. Note that most courses require active teaching duties to be admitted.
Career weeks
Several faculties at UiO offer career weeks for early career researchers which offer skill
courses and are open to all.

UiO offers several Norwegian language courses for employees and visiting researchers. Spouses of UiO employees and researchers are also welcome to take the classes.
