The goal of a postdoctoral researcher position is to provide the candidates with enhanced skills to pursue a scientific top position within or beyond academia.
The postdoctoral fellow and academic supervisor/Head of Research at the department are jointly responsible for filling out the development plan within the first 6 months after commencement of the postdoctoral period.
Candidates funded by external sources, like Research Council of Norway or Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), may also use the plan if a submission to the funder is a requirement.
