Career workshop: Discover your personal values to make better career decisions

This is the second of three career workshops offered to PhD fellows and postdocs at HF. Learn more about how you can become conscious of your personal values and motivation to make better career choices.

What gives you joy and inspiration? What motivates you? When you are aware of your personal values you will be able to make choices about your career more easily. Find out what causes you to get into a state of flow so that you can shape your career according to what gives you energy and joy.

You will get tools to become aware of:

  • Your personal values
  • What could be your dealbreaker when choosing a job
  • Your motivation factors

The workshop lasts for 3 hours, followed by lunch at 12:00-13:00.

Language

The course language is English, unless all participants understand and speak Norwegian.

Registration

The workshop is open to all PhDs and postdocs at the Faculty of Humanities. It is part of a pilot project and the number of participants is therefore limited to 10 people. You will receive a confirmation email if you have secured a place on the course or are on the waiting list. If you sign up for the course, you commit to participate or to give notice at the latest 24 hours before the workshop if you are unable to join.
