Welcome screen
This is the welcome screen shown when you first touch the control panel.
The empty screen
After the welcome screen you will get sent to the following screen. This means that the AV equipment in the room is turned on and that the microphones are active.
You can switch languages by touching the flag icons.
Starting the projector
To start the projector, you must press the Projector button (second button on the bottom of the screen). A countdown will be displayed until the projector is ready to be used:
On the Projector screen that's now open you also select the input source, which is the type of device/connection you wish to display the video signal from. On the right side of the screen you have up, down and stop buttons for controlling the canvas.
Selecting input source
When the countdown has finished and the projector is turned on, the screen will look like this:
The active input source is highlighted in bright blue.
Audio
On the Audio screen you can adjust the volume of the microphones and the PC in the room. If the lowest button is highlighted in bright blue, that means the sound has been muted.
The PC's volume can also be adjusted with the directional keys to the right of the panel's screen.
The Blinds/Screen
The blinds and the screen (canvas) in the room can be adjusted with the directional buttons in this view:
Lights
In these seminar rooms you can adjust lighting with the control panel on the Lights screen:
The lighting system is split between the Front and Back sides in all rooms, and is adjustable in 25% intervals.
Help
If you require assistance with the equipment, the last button on the panel takes you to a screen with contact information.
System off
When your lecture is over, please don't forget to power down the equipment before leaving the room:
This is important, especially for these two reasons:
- All settings are reset to their defaults, which avoids causing trouble for the next person utilizing the room
- The projector and other equipment will last longer
