Welcome screen
This is the welcome screen you are presented with when you first touch the control panel.
Selecting input source
You can switch languages by touching the flag icons.
A countdown will be displayed until the projector is ready to be used, at which point you'll get to this screen:
The active input source is highlighted in bright blue.
To the right of the selectable input sources are directional buttons for controlling the canvas, and rightmost on this screen are buttons for adjusting the zoom setting of the roof-mounted document camera.
Audio (sound)
The volume coming out of the room's PC can be adjusted on this screen.
Help
If you require assistance with the equipment, the last button on the panel takes you to a screen with contact information.
System off
When your lecture is over, please don't forget to power down the equipment before leaving the room:
This is important, especially for these two reasons:
- All settings are reset to their defaults, which avoids causing trouble for the next person utilizing the room
- The projector and other equipment will last longer
