For year 2024 I try to work in office on weekdays from 9h to 17h. If you find me not there without an excuse, feel free to ask me to buy you an afternoon tea set as a reward!

Academic interests

For the PhD project, I am working on Nutritive soul as the fundamental definition of life based on Aristotle's Philosophy and Theophrastus' writings on Plants. I am interested in reconstructing the Aristotelian perspective of life especially to see how to understand it coherently.

Background

I hold a Master of Philosophy degree from Sichuan University, China. Before shifting my focus to philosophy, I was very into photography and filmmaking, and have done several filmmaking projects with an international team. One was awarded Harvard Hoopes Prize (2018), another was done at the Training Camp with First Film Festival, Xining, China(2018).
