The Center for Religion and Politics (RelPol) is located at the Department of Culture Studies and Oriental Languages. Religion and politics were first established as an interdisciplinary research and teaching initiative in 2017. The initiative has since evolved and is the basis for the establishment of the center.

The Center regularly organises meetings, conferences, and workshops. The aim of the events is to foster a discussion within the Department of Culture Studies and Oriental Languages and to connect digitally to a larger, national and international audience.

We communicate our research findings on religion and politics through this website and in a podcast series.
