Academic interests

I am a postdoctoral researcher at ILN. My postdoctoral project aims to fill a gap in the history of Oceanic languages by providing a comparative-historical analysis of the clausal structure in Reefs-Santa Cruz languages. I am interested in Oceanic/Austronesian languages, language documentation, typology, historical linguistics and morphosyntax.

Background

I got my PhD from INALCO (Paris) in 2021. My PhD thesis is the first grammar of Nalögo, a Reefs-Santa Cruz Oceanic language. After my PhD, I worked for one year as a temporary teacher and researcher at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University (Paris 3), where I taught various courses in Linguistics at BA and MA level. Now I am working as a postdoctoral researcher (MSCA Individual Fellowship) at ILN.
