5 Stipends for MA Students awarded

LCE supports master theses that engage with questions around literature, cognition and emotions.

The receipients of our MA stipends in 2019 are:

  • Ingvild Boberg: "Loss in Picture Books about the Tо̄hoku Earthquake"
  • Mats Haraldsen: "Individ og felleskap i San Manuel Bueno, mártir, Il Barone rampante og La Peste"
  • Nicolai Alexander Holck: "En kjærlighetshistorie med en lykkelig slutt - Unnatural Narrative Theory og Stig Sæterbakkens Ikke forlat meg"
  • Sofie Njålsdatter Johannessen: "Loss of Memory in Joan Didion's Non-Fictional Narratives"
  • Ella Regine Stokstad: "Hvordan lese en bok?"

We congratulate the receipients of the stipend and wish all the best for their work on the theses. The call for proposals for the LCE - MA stipends in 2020 can be expected in May 2020.
