About the seminar
In her new book, Ytre-Arne explores the influence of ubiquitous connectivity on daily routines. Media Use in Digital Everyday Life (books.emeraldinsight.com), will be published open access by Emerald this spring.
This seminar offers an opportunity to hear about the book and comments from colleagues.
Through the conceptual approaches of media repertoires and public connection, the book discusses the intensified communicative dilemmas characterising our digital everyday lives.
Media Use in Digital Everyday Life asks how our relationship with media has changed. After the proliferation of smartphones, social media and ubiquitous connectivity, what has happened to the ways we navigate across social domains and structure our daily routines?
Time and date for the seminar is April 18, 2023 at 14:00 - 15:00 (Norwegian time).
