Mads Møller Tommerup Andersen is an assistant professor at the University of
Copenhagen, with expertise in creativity, streaming, media production, media history, media policy, and reality TV.
Since 2016, Andersen has worked on creativity in the media industries to find connections between creativity research and media studies. He published his PhD thesis in 2019, DR3 and the Creative Pressure, about the creative processes and idea development at a Danish public-service youth TV channel.
Andersen has a new book, Researching Creativity in Media Industries (2022), where he examines the theoretical and methodological challenges that arise when studying creativity and creative processes in media industries.
