Safety representatives at IMV

The head of department has overall responsibility for all aspects of health, environment and safety (HSE). This means that the head of department is responsible for ensuring that the activities at the department are conducted responsibly and that laws and regulations are followed.

Tejaswinee Kelkar is safety representative at IMV 01.01.2024-31.12.2025.
Julie Øderud Danielsen is deputy safety representative

Safety representatives shall safeguard the interests of staff in matters relating to the working environment and ensure that the Working Environment Act is observed.

Safety inspection

Safety inspection must be carried out annually at the institute. Safety representative and administrative manager carry out this together, possibly with a representative from the Estate Department.
