Service agreement for studio, mixing suite and MIDI lab

• There is a consensus that there is a need for a local IT/AV engineering resource for the specialized equipment
• There are diverging opinions on what type of resource/position this should be
• The scope of the suggested service agreement was discussed. The expired service agreement needs to be renewed. There is however a consensus among the board members that there should be a separate service agreement for the Avid S6 / studio if the department does not have a local IT/AV resource. I order to keep the costs down the service agreement should not include support for students, only employees.

MoCap lab - Processing computer

The board decided to prioritize a new processing computer for the MoCap lab.
