Covid-19 - Status labs and specialised teaching and research facilities

The fourMs lab, the MCT Portal, Electro lab and Salen all have risk analyes that are apporved. The Studio, mixing suite and rehearsal room are stilling in process.

UiO announcment of funds for innovation (verification) 2020

The IT/AV board was informed about the call for applictions and deadline (15 September)

UiOs infrastructure call 2020/2021

Brief presentions of the applications were given in the meeting. 

Status MoCap lab

More MoCap suits and an EMG trigger box have been prioritized for the lab since last meeting. 

Status MCT Portal and Electro lab

No urgent needs for these rooms

Status Studio, Mixing Suite and MIDI-room

There is an acute need for DAW licenses and the best option is Studio One.

Status budget 2020 and preliminary discussion of budget 2021

The budget for 2020 has already been exceeded. The board was asked to start thinking about needs for 2021, and whether or not there is a need for the IT/AV board to ask the Department board for more funding for the Department's infrastructure.
