Usually, mediation is viewed from a pragmatic viewpoint, but it is also anchor in political aspects which are interesting to explore. Also, the idea is to reveal the various challenges of scientific mediation in health, as well as through epistemological, political and pragmatical aspects. Illness narratives would be use as a as a vehicle to reveal these links between democracy in health and scientific mediation.
